He developed a comprehensive esthetic protocol that incorporates facial analysis as a critical component of treatment planning, helping clinicians achieve more predictable and harmonious outcomes. 

His dedication to advancing the profession has also resulted in multiple publications and ongoing contributions to the field of periodontology and implant dentistry. Dr. Orphanos maintains a private practice in Boca Raton, Florida, where he focuses on periodontics, implant surgery, and esthetic treatment solutions.
